Het Europees parlement heeft op 17 december 2008 diverse amendementen aangenomen ter verbetering bovenop eerdere afspraken tussen de Europese vakbond en de werkgevers.
Na een aanvankelijke deal tussen het EVV(vakbonden) en Business Europe(werkgevers) heeft het Europees parlement toch nog diverse verbeteringen bereikt. PvdAer Jan Cremers heeft als woordvoerder daar mooi werk in geleverd. Vooral bij herziening van de EOR-overeenkomst voor uwconcern moet u daar goed rekening mee houden!
