SER verlaagt heffing ondernemingsraad scholing

Het heffingspercentage voor de vorming en scholing van ondernemingsraadsleden wordt verlaagd van 0,017 naar 0,012 procent. Dat heeft de SER vrijdag besloten.
Alle ondernemingen met 50 of meer werknemers moeten volgens de Wet op de ondernemingsraden deze heffing betalen. Deze verplichting geldt ook voor ondernemingen met minder werknemers die - vrijwillig of opgelegd door de CAO - een ondernemingsraad hebben ingesteld.

De SER legt deze heffing op, de inning wordt door de Belastingdienst gedaan. Basis voor de heffing is het fiscale loon van het vorige jaar. Het heffingspercentage wordt verlaagd, omdat de heffing het afgelopen jaar meer heeft opgeleverd dan begroot.
